Fieldwork at Scale: How We Helped Enroll 30,000+ Citizens in a National ID Program

In 2020, we were selected to take part in one of the most ambitious biometric enrollment initiatives ever launched in our region. Led by the central government in collaboration with an international development institution, the program aimed to provide new biometric ID cards to more than 5 million citizens.

Our Role: Ground-Level Execution at High Volume

Our company was contracted as one of approximately 4,000 service providers to support the program’s implementation. We were assigned a specific operational zone within our city, with the goal of enrolling 32,000 individuals.

Here’s how we executed the mission:

  • We received specialized training in biometric data collection, including ID photo capture, fingerprint scanning, and digital signature registration.
  • We managed the full daily operation of a mobile registration unit, ensuring accurate flow management, equipment use, and data handling.
  • We consistently registered around 400 individuals per day, ultimately surpassing 30,000 enrollments within a four-month operational window.

Why It Mattered

This project represented much more than technical execution—it was about ensuring identity access and inclusion for thousands of individuals. It required structure, efficiency, and a deep sense of responsibility in handling sensitive personal data.

Our successful participation demonstrated our ability to:

✅ Operate efficiently at national scale

✅ Manage biometric data with care and accuracy

✅ Deliver results under strict timelines and structured protocols

✅ Serve as a reliable partner in high-impact public projects

If your next project involves data capture, high-volume field execution, or logistical coordination, we’re ready to step in—with precision, commitment, and proven experience.
